Why do I need a drone inspection?

Whilst we try to view as much of the property as possible from standard ground level inspection, very often it is simply not possible to view high level or obscured features including flat roofs, tops of chimney stacks, internal roof slopes / valleys and other high level features. This can mean that some defects may go undetected.

Saves money

Scaffold access alone is usually in excess of £700 plus the cost of any works, which you may want to review against a purchase offer.

Limitations

Depending on the site, weather conditions and legal restrictions, it may not be possible to use a drone at the time of the survey inspection. In which case we will not charge you for the drone inspection element which will be deducted from our invoice.
