The survey itself was very comprehensive and laid out in a way that was easy for us to understand and use to prioritise building works. Bradley Jones Associates offers an exemplary service. They were very prompt in responding to and arranging my property survey. The report was extremely detailed, with photographs, pertinent charts, relevant information and an in-depth knowledge of the property's age and Grade 2 listing. I had regular emails and phone calls, the report was produced within a week and the fee was very reasonable. I have very limited experience of survey reports, so cannot provide a comparison with other surveyor’s reports. However I can say that the report is well structured and seems very detailed. I think it will prove a useful document in helping us to maintain the house, as well as for the purchase process. I would recommend the drone inspection - the photos from above uncovered an issue that can’t be seen from the ground. I also had the opportunity to discuss issues raised by the report with the surveyor. He patiently answered all of my questions and was happy to provide additional advice. Bradley conducted a Level 3 survey for me. The report was extremely well presented, very thorough and carried out at short notice. I opted for the drone footage which provided me with very clear photos of the roof and chimney. I also got a printed copy which again was very well presented. I would recommend without hesitation.

I contacted Bradley Jones for a building survey prior to purchasing a house. The service was absolutely top notch. The survey was performed promptly and to the standard specified.
