About Bradley Jones

Bradley Jones qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2007. Having worked in private practice for many years Bradley is also accredited by the RICS in Building Conservation. He has personally undertaken the design and refurbishment of properties around Oxford and London. As such his knowledge of building construction is extensive and up to date, ensuring accurate advice is available for all prospective buyers.

Survey and Valuation Work

 

Larger and more commercial practices concentrate on volume, sometimes undertaking several inspections each day. Whilst superficially their reports appear comprehensive, they are often full of standard clauses and caveats with little relevant insight into the property. As a traditional surveyor Bradley provides all types of Building Surveys offering quality inspections, with in depth reports that give real insights into the property. He also undertakes Level Two Surveys (Homebuyer Report) for newer properties only. He is a Registered Valuer and can provide Red Book Valuation advice on all types of property.

Specialist Knowledge

Bradley was awarded the Lethaby Scholarship by the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings (SPAB) in 2010 following which he worked for a Conservation Architects, including design and alterations to residential and ecclesiastical buildings. He was also a Senior Surveyor at the National Trust covering the London Portfolio.
